The following are FAQs :

  • Are all the inkjet inks produced by your company?

Yes. Sinoinks produces all inks by its own facilities. Sinoinks has the latest technology of producing high quality of inkjet inks.Besdies, Sinoinks also produces inkjet colorants.

  • Can I have a sample before I place an order?

Yes. We can arrange samples for customer. However, we may charge you sample fee and freight cost to prevent abusing the sampling system. Since the ink and freight by express courier is usually quite expensive, you need consider whether you would like to pay such cost.

  • Can I have the print samples?

For print samples, you can get our print samples for reference.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is based on different inks. In case your order is less than MOQ, you can discuss it with our sales persons. The price may change according to different order quantity.

  • Do you have any regional distributors?

Yes. For specific regions, please contact our sales. 

  • Do your company provides OEM production or private label service?

Yes. Sinoinks provides OEM inkjet ink production and private label service for its customers. Sinoinks can develop inks according to customer's requirement and pack the inks in customer's private label.

  • Do you give any quality warranty of the inks?

Yes. Sinoinks gives 1 years' warranty of its inks. If there is any quality problem, Sinonks can replace them within one year.
